I didn't feel too good today. Once again, I met up with Morgan on the parkway. We averaged about 7 flat pace, though it felt relaxed. We ran at 11:30, and I hadn't eaten yet, so I think that might have contributed to the problem. The weather has been nice though. I love the overcast sky and rain.

Morgan and I met on the parkway again today. We averaged 7:13 for 6 miles. I felt a lot better.

I took a few days off following conference, and I am now starting into my summer training. I met up with Morgan on the parkway. We did 5 miles, 2 and half out and back. I felt pretty crappy, but I also didn't have my watch so I didn't realize that we averaged 7:00 for the run. That made me feel a bit better.
