Met at noon for 11 easy miles.  It was nice because we had a pretty biggest group of us, bigger than usual.  We did Dikes run backwards and then connected it to Cross Hollows and went down to the airport.  We averaged like 8 minute pace, but, for today, that was what felt good.

Another great workout today!  It was great, but tough.  I haven't ran this fast in awhile, and I can tell that I am going to be sore tomorrow.

Did a new run.  It was a lot of uphill and ended up being 6 miles.  Ran a 7:18 avg.  Did 2 after that.  My legs are still pretty tired.  Hoping they feel better by tomorrow
